How does it work?
After each drop day, you have 5 days to order from that collection before each item is marked as "sold out." This process allows us to keep releasing new items that you will love!

Shipping:
Shipping is $9 (unless specified otherwise). We are currently only shipping to the United States. 

Return Policy:
We are not accepting returns at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Cancellation Policy: Please email [email protected] with any concerns. 

How long will it take to get my order?
Most everything in the shop is made-to-order. Please allow around 10 business days for your order to be created, and then a few additional days for your order to be shipped out. KEEP IN MIND: the time to create the items may be more or less, depending on demand/availability.  If needed, more information about this will be shared on our Instagram (@madebysweeney), or in a notification on this website!

Are these items handmade?
Yes! Everything is handmade from fabric purchased by the yard or from vintage materials. Because these items are not mass-produced, each one is basically one-of-a-kind, which makes By Sweeney so much cooler! :)

Does By Sweeney do customs?
Typicaly no, but you can always ask!

How should I care for my item?
We would recommend washing your items with warm water and then hanging them up to dry!
